The Award “Príncipe da Beira” Biomedical Sciences, established by Dom Manuel II Foundation (Portugal), represented by H.R.H. the Duke of Bragança, in cooperation with the University of Minho and the Municipality of Guimarães, aims primarily to distinguish the excellence in Research and contribute to widening the frontiers of applied research and ethics in Science.  [EN]
