The PlasmaPrep5 instrument is designed to modify or clean all kind of hard surfaces regardless the material from which they are build up (metals, ceramics, polymers, etc.). The reactor chamber is made of stainless steel and it has deepness of 315 mm, diameter of 150 mm, and volume of 5 L. The generator operates at frequency of 40 kHz (approx. 100W). There are two gas lines and therefore mixture of gases is available for use.
