Abstract

Spinal cord injury represents a major world health problem. In this sense, the objective of this work was the development and characteriza- tion of a new range of 3D hybrid structures, based on rapid prototyped starch scaffolds, aimed at offering spine stabilization, and gellan gum hydrogels, aimed at inducing the regeneration within SCI sites.
